Stamped andStenciled
Concrete stamping is a durable and cost effective way to create a variety of looks like stone brick or even wood. Once it is poured, the concrete is stamped with large polyurethane forms giving it a beautifully textured surface. Stenciling gives your concrete the look of stone, brick, or tile with mortared joints. Both methods can be applied in a wide variety of patterns and colors. In either process, Flatmade's high attention to detail will leave your stamped or stained concrete with perfect seams and beauty that will last.
Stained andPolished
Staining is a unique way to enhance the natural character of concrete. Choose from an endless array of colors to create the perfect compliment to your project. Concrete Staining is followed by a concrete polishing coat to further enhance the finish. Polishing provides a protective coating which seals in the colorant and also provides depth and luster to the finish.
ExposedAggregate
Exposed aggregate is a treatment that reveals the stone, pebbles or pea gravel near the surface of the concrete providing an aesthetically beautiful, durable surface perfect for porches, patios and walkways. Exposed Aggregate is also a great way to add a decorative element to your entry. Flatmade has developed a proprietary process to get the highest level of beauty from your Exposed Aggregate surface.
SandMatrix
Just like Exposed Aggregate, the Sand Matrix process removes material after the pour. It leaves behind a gritty, sand paper texture that shimmers depending on the angle of the sun. It provides a skid-resistant surface perfect for sidewalks, driveways and pool decks.
